Write a solution to calculate the number of unique subjects each teacher teaches in the university.

Return the result table in any order.

In this query, we are using the GROUP BY clause to group the rows by teacher_id. Then, the COUNT(DISTINCT subject_id) function is applied to each group to count the number of distinct subject IDs for each teacher. The result will have one row for each teacher, showing their teacher_id and the corresponding count of distinct subjects they teach, labeled as "cnt".
